Can I reschedule my photoshoot if something comes up?
Absolutely!
For emergencies (illness, urgent work issues, extreme weather that prevents our shoot, etc.), I allow reschedules with no penalty up to 1 year from the initial booking.
If I’ve already booked travel, any difference in expenses will be due upon rescheduling.
For non-ideal conditions (chilly or hot weather, light rain that still allows for shooting, wind, etc.) or any non-emergency reason, I offer reschedules for a $500 fee, available up to 1 day before the shoot, with payment due at rescheduling. This non-emergency option is only for non-travel shoots in Austin, TX.
I’ve done dozens of shoots in challenging conditions (106°F Austin heat, 20°F Denver winters, windy days, rainy weather) and my clients and I still had a blast getting photos that deliver results on dating apps. Whatever life throws our way, I’ve got you covered.
